TERMS & CONDITIONS

This page and its entirety will be included in the client's personalized invoice & will be required by client's signature to agree to before Moments By Liv can complete your booking moment.

PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. A deposit of 50% is required 3 days after my invoice has been sent to you in order to secure a date for your moment. This deposit will be specifically outlined in your invoice.

  2. Your invoice will be sent to you via the email address you provide me.

  3. The remainder of your final balance will be due 7 days prior to your event. This will also be detailed in your invoice I send you. 

  4. The event set up will not occur without full payment prior. If payment in full is not paid 3 days before the event- the event will be cancelled, and no refund will be given.

USAGE OF EQUIPMENT AND DECOR

  1. All equipment & decor supplied for events/picnics is the property of Moments By Liv, unless further specified between clients and myself

  2. Client warrants that all equipment & decor will not be left unattended for the duration of the booking

  3. Any damage, loss or extensive cleaning will result in a fee to the client. Fees will simply be the amount for purchasing a replacement. These fees are payable within 7 days of such loss or damage unless, agreed otherwise. Damage includes but is not limited to:

    • Improper use of equipment, furniture, or decor

    • Missing items

    • Damage to, or loss of, the equipment, furniture, or decor from any unknown cause

    • Cigarette burns on any equipment, furniture or decor items. 

    • Red wine or other staining product spillages or stains on any equipment, furniture or decor

  4. In the event of the equipment, furniture, or decor being stolen from the booking site, the client shall immediately notify Moments By Liv in writing, stating the full circumstances of the theft and all information for a police report.

PHOTOGRAPHY

  1. You are more than welcome to take photos- in fact, I encourage it! As Queen Taylor Swift herself says, "In this moment now capture it, remember it!"

  2. I invite you to share photos on social media & tag @momentsbyliv and use the hashtag #momentsbyliv. Moments By Liv has the right to all photos taken for advertising purposes. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

  1. By using the services provided by Moments By Liv you and your party agree that Moments By Liv cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, death, and/or damage to or loss of property resulting from your, or your party’s, involvement in my events or services. You hereby acknowledge that you and your party’s use of my services involves inherent risks of physical injury, illness, death and/or damage to or loss of property, that you and your party’s participation is entirely voluntary and that you and your party elect to assume all such risk and use the services provided by Moments By Liv and engage in associated activities with full knowledge of the inherent risks.

  2. You and your party, along with your respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns agree to waive any right to bring legal action against Moments By Liv for personal injury, illness, death and/or personal property damage/loss sustained while engaging in my events or using my services. If you or your party should require medical attention while using my services or participating in one of my events you and your party also agree to be financially responsible for the costs of that treatment.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Upon submitting a booking request you are agreeing that you have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Terms & Conditions and are freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Release of Liability. You also are acknowledging that you have read and understand the frequently asked questions page including the cancellation and reschedule policy.
